I’m Allison and I’m a UX leader with 10+ years of experience driving product innovation and scaling teams at mission-driven companies like Indeed. I lead UX for Indeed’s top-rated job seeker mobile apps, guiding strategy and execution while leading a high-performing team. I specialize in cross-functional collaboration, user-centered design, and turning complex problems into elegant experiences. I’m passionate about mentoring designers and creating inclusive design cultures. I bring curiosity, empathy, and joy into everything I do.

I also enjoy learning new tools and techniques and work hard to stay current with design trends. My free time is spent getting outside, exploring the many neighborhoods of Brooklyn, DIYing at my house in Hudson, hanging with friends, catching a live show (music or stand-up comedy), and hanging at the yoga studio.
